We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at cs@epais-global.com. Please note that returns might need to be collected upon request.
Return Eligibility – Before Use
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

All safety seals, shrink wrap, and tamper-proof stickers must remain intact

All original packaging and promotional materials (e.g., free gifts) must be included

You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds Process
To initiate your return, please contact us at cs@epais-global.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We only accept returns for Epais products purchased directly from our official website. Returns for products purchased from other platforms or outside of your original order on our website are not allowed.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
If you have any questions or concerns about returning an Epais product purchased from our official website, please feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@epais-global.com.
Refund Policy For International
Please be advised that we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly contact our customer support team at cs@epais-global.com for further assistance. To ensure prompt and accurate processing, please include your order number in all correspondence.
You will also be required to submit the following documentation:

A clear photo of the outer shipping box, showing the shipping label and tracking number

A photo displaying all items received inside the original packaging

A close-up photo of the damaged or incorrect item
⚠️ Please note that compensation or replacement may not be issued if the required images are not provided. Kindly ensure that all necessary photos are taken prior to discarding any packaging.
